Rafael Novoa is a Colombian actor born on October 31, 1971, in Bogotá, Colombia. He studied acting at the National Theatre School in Canada and began his acting career in the early 1990s. He is best known for his work in telenovelas such as "Pasión de Gavilanes," "La Ronca de Oro," and "Amar y Vivir."
Novoa has won several awards for his performances, including the Best Actor Award at the 2014 TVyNovelas Awards for his portrayal of El Cabo in the series "El Capo." He is also an ambassador for the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and has participated in campaigns to raise awareness about children's rights.
